Cassava can inject N10tn into the economy if... —NCGA President

The President of the National Cassava Growers Association (NCGA), Segun Adewunmi, has disclosed that cassava could grow the economy of Nigeria to the tune of N10 trillion if properly harnessed.
At a presentation he made on behalf of the association to the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, he said cassava would guarantee employment, food security and generate electricity for the country.
